SCIENTIFIC NAME: Testudo horsfeldi

DESCRIPTION: We have some nice cherry picked Adult Russian Tortoises for sale. These Russian Tortoises are approximately 4" plus.  Russian Tortoises are a smaller tortoise species requiring a smaller setup as opposed to other large tortoises such as Sulcata Tortoises. They are very hardy and do well in an air conditioned low humidity environment this makes them a perfect indoor tortoise. Adult Russian Tortoises should be offered water/soaked in a very shallow water dish 1 to 2 times weekly.

MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: 8 - 10"

DIET: Dark Leafy Greens and Mazuri Tortoise Diet.

HABITAT: Large container. Temperature of 75F - 95F with basking area of mid 90s for Adult Russian Tortoises. Provide unfiltered sunlight or UV bulbs during the daytime. We recommend our Alfalfa Pellets listed below as a great low humidity bedding for Russian Tortoises.
