Feeding Directions
Mazuri® Iguana Diet should account for 25 to 50% or more of the daily intake for iguanas. Young, growing animals and reproducing animals will have higher daily needs. Other food items, such as greens and vegetables, may be included in the daily food offering, but should account for less than half of the daily intake. It may be necessary to mix Mazuri® Iguana Diet with water or fresh vegetables that are low in oxalate like kale, turnip greens, and squash until the animals become acclimated to diet. If moistened, the diet should be replaced at least twice daily. Provide plenty of fresh, clean water at all times.

IMPORTANT: A feeding program is only as effective as the management practices followed. Always provide iguanas with adequate natural light or a light source which supplies sufficient UV radiation between the wavelengths of 280 and 315 nm.

CAUTION: Store in a dry, well ventilated area free from rodents and insects. Do not use moldy or insect-infested feed.
