SCIENTIFIC NAME: Varanus prasinus
DESCRIPTION: We have a handful of baby green tree monitors for sale. These green tree monitors were hatched here in our facility. These are very rare to actually be hatched in captivity in the US. Green Tree Monitors are beautiful tree dwelling monitors. They have a gorgeous emerald green slender bodies with very sharp claws and a prehensile tail to help them climb. These are beautiful display animals.
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: 30 to 36 inches total length.
DIET: Crickets which are available in our Food and Feeders Section, Mealworms, and appropriately sized Small Rodents.
HABITAT: Green Tree Monitors require a large tropical terrarium setup with a reptile approved substrate such as reptibark and plenty of climbing branches. A deep water dish for soaking and drinking is required. For lighting and heat a UVA/UVB light and a basking spot is required for heat.

overnight shipping is $35 no matter what quantity of live animals are
purchased. Live animals are shipped within the United States only.
