SCIENTIFIC NAME: Gekko gecko
DESCRIPTION: We have an assortment of Tokay Geckos for sale. Tokay Geckos are a beautiful gecko which display a bluish or greyish body with spots ranging form light yellow to bright red. Tokays are known for their loud vocalization they make. The noise they make actually sounds like the word gecko where they derived their name. Tokay Geckos are the second largest of all gecko species. These Geckos are an aggressive gecko and not reccommended for a begginner.
MAXIMUM ADULT SIZE: 10- 14"
DIET: Variety of insects.
HABITAT: 10 - 20 gallon aquarium or similar cage with 2 vertical hides - one warm (80 - 85F) and one cool (room temperature). Heat pad under warm side. Coco fiber or cypress mulch for substrate; lots of branches for hiding and climbing. Put damp moss in hide for shedding problems. Add shallow water dish for drinking.
