ReptMart will match any advertised price on any brand named products for online orders. Products must be of the same brand item name and size. Please contact us with details to redeem our price match guarantee.
Damaged products or returns must be received within 15 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund (see Returns Policy)
If the buyer is not present to receive a live animal package on the first delivery attempt, live arrival guarantee is void.
If an animal is dead or sick on arrival, the customer must notify ReptMart within 4 hours of arrival and any deceased animals kept for further instructions or guarantee is void.
Imported animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy. Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover potential internal issues on imported animals.
Shipping charges incurred for returns, damaged product returns or upholding of our Live Arrival Guarantee are the responsibility of the buyer.
All animals purchased at shows are sold “as is.”
We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason.
Unless otherwise state, photos of animals and products may differ from the actual animal or product ordered.
